Visual habits.

I like to read books and work with computer. That’s why over-indulgence makes all of my self-treatment just wasting of time; therefore these processes must be optimized. I will enumerate some rules which I follow not to overstrain eye muscles.

1. Move aside a book as farther as it is possible, at the same time often change the distance for it. It will make your eye muscles work.

2. Read at good illumination. The simplest rule, but many people don’t observe it.

3. At the close visual work take break on 5 minutes every 45 minutes.

Make palming, do gymnastics, talk to anybody.

4. Every five minutes close visual work look into the distance for 10 seconds.

5. Don’t read; work with the computer after a meal for 20 minutes.

6. Do not load your eyes with close work when you’ve got tired physically or psychologically, or when you are sick.

When you observe these rules there won’t be pain in eyes any more and the exercises will do you only good. You see when you visit the gym you don’t doing sport all the time for two hours without rest. Muscles need rest.
