What kind of diet I choose?

In a previous post Why does food harmful? I wrote on harmful food. And many are asking what we should eat?

Today, I will discuss what I chose.

First, the refusal of the meat. Always when I eat meat, I feel the weight in the stomach. But I want to fly :). Short - Vegetarianism.

Basic rules of the diet:

    Don`t eat:
    Carbohydrate and acidic
    Bread, potatoes, peas, bananas, dates and other carbohydrates not allowed lemon, oranges, grapefruit, pineapples, tomatoes and other fruit acid.
    Carbohydrate and protein
    Bread, cereals, potatoes, sweet fruit not allowed nuts, meat, eggs, cheese and other protein foods.
    Two different protein
    Nuts not allowed meat.
    Eggs not allowed meat.
    Cheese not allowed nuts.
    Cheese not allowed eggs.

    Fats with protein
    Cream, butter, vegetable oil not allowed meat, eggs, cheese, nuts and other proteins.
    Acid fruit with the protein
    Oranges, lemons, tomatoes, pineapple not allowed Meat, eggs, cheese and nuts.
    Starch with sugar
    Fruit butter, sugar, honey, syrups not allowed bread, cereals, potatoes.
    Milk separately from the other

Looks scary :), but I am still alive. I hold this diet 19 days, and I feel fine. I wake up at 5 am, all day I doing something, and go to the bed for 22 hours.
Who else can boast that?
