4 day: Why does food harmful?
Let me share with you interesting information about food. Most things may seem strange to you, but try to think about them.
1. Salt is inorganic mineral, and the body can absorb it. You can say that we need sodium. But sodium is absorbed only from organic compounds and salt simply delayed in body tissues.
2. Flour and flour products. White flour - dead substance. This is scary, but it is true. Living embryos of wheat, one of the richest sources of all the people of substances released at the earlier stages of industrial processing of grain. In the flour remain naked calories.If you have relatives working in the old mills, ask them what then was flour, and how bread was tasty.
3. Sugar main source of energy. However, when compared to refined sugar from sugar subsistence, the same as compared flames of the burning of paper and wood burning.
4. Meat and fat products also dead. Refined fats and oils are not water soluble, and pass through the body without giving nothing but harm.
Even some harmful products: cornflakes, white rice, margarine, fried foods, ham, canned food, alcohol, tea and chocolate.
For me it was a shock, because I feed it. But I still decided to change my diet is not easy, but it`s produced.
