Your food articles seem to be rich in the material provided by food scaremongers but lacking in either scientific research or good reasoning.
You say that meat is dead. Everything you eat was once living and is now dead. All living things eat dead things (or dying things in the case of carnivores).
You make no distinction among the many different kinds of sugar. You simply lump them together as if they are all refined sugars.
Some of your points are good, but I believe that you need to argue them better.
