Experiment: How to Restore Eyesight.

I lead experiment. 30 days I will work with my eyesight. I know a lot of techniques to improve the eyesight. This is hard to do, but result deserve it.
My Plan:

    Do not watch TV.
    Do not sit at a computer. (but I will write about the results)
    Do exercises for the eyes.
    Eat healthy food.
    More walking outdoors.
    Work on the psychological health.
    Do not wear glasses.

Next post I write about more profound paragraph.

Why I chose to correct eyesight?
Because I believe that I can do this. This may each. Doctors said that it would not happen. But there are plenty of people who have proven otherwise. And I believe them, because the human body can recover.

Why many people can`t restore sight?
Because all need to do together. If you sit for 5 hours at the computer every day and doing exercises on the eye, you never recover yoursight. Need a system. And I will show you the system.

Weight: 52 kg.

max: R – 35 cm. L – 39.5 cm.
best: R – 26 cm, L – 29 cm.
