In a previous post Why does food harmful? I wrote on harmful food. And many are asking what we should eat?
Today, I will discuss what I chose.

Don`t eat:
Carbohydrate and acidic
Bread, potatoes, peas, bananas, dates and other carbohydrates
lemon, oranges, grapefruit, pineapples, tomatoes and other fruit acid.
Carbohydrate and protein
Bread, cereals, potatoes, sweet fruit
nuts, meat, eggs, cheese and other protein foods.
Two different protein
Nuts

Eggs
meat.
Cheese
nuts.
Cheese
eggs.
Fats with protein
Cream, butter, vegetable oil
meat, eggs, cheese, nuts and other proteins.
Acid fruit with the protein
Oranges, lemons, tomatoes, pineapple
Meat, eggs, cheese and nuts.
Starch with sugar
Fruit butter, sugar, honey, syrups
bread, cereals, potatoes.
Milk separately from the other
Looks scary :), but I am still alive. I hold this diet 19 days, and I feel fine. I wake up at 5 am, all day I doing something, and go to the bed for 22 hours.
Who else can boast that?
